Security Policy

According to our company's security policy; We use the most advanced security systems to ensure that our customers can shop safely and comfortably. Thanks to the 128-bit SSL in our system, your credit card information is protected from third party eyes and intervention. All information exchange at all stages of the order process is under SSL security and all data flow is encrypted. This is an encryption that is practically impossible to break. Thanks to the SSL security protocol, the credit card information you provide to our site is encrypted and sent to the bank, and even we cannot access this information during this process.

Our website does not store any of its customers' credit card information in its system. For this reason, for your own credit card security, you must re-enter your card information at each order creation stage.

Warranty Conditions

All products sold on our website are under the Cool Chair guarantee. You can return the purchased product without damaging, using or impairing the resalability of the product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, by stating a reason. However, when returning the product, the product must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the invoice, return form, product box, packaging, and accessories, if any. If any of these rules are missing, the product return will not be accepted. If the product is returned in accordance with the return conditions, the product amount will be refunded. The reflection of the refund on your account takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the bank you work with. Payments made by money transfer are reflected on the account within one week at the latest.

Before sending the product, please send us your return request via our Whatsapp line, stating the reason. Then, the product return form will be sent to your e-mail address. You must fill out this form and send it to us. This form will be reviewed by the Technical Service Department and you will be approved. After receiving this approval, return the product.

Please send the products to be returned to the Technical Service Department immediately after receiving approval. No shipping fee will be charged for returned products sent with Contracted Cargo. Cash on delivery shipments with other cargo companies will not be accepted, and the shipping fee for such shipments belongs to the sender. 

Return Conditions

Attention: Please state your order number in all communications regarding your order. Products sold cannot be returned except under the following conditions.

1. If the product sold is faulty (*),

2. If the shipment is damaged during transportation by the cargo company (**) and this damage is detected and the product is not received by the recipient, the damage will be compensated by us.

(*) In order to accept your request regarding problems with the products (problems that cannot be noticed during delivery are included in this scope);

a) If the invoice is issued to you and you are not a taxpayer, the invoice and delivery note issued to you must be sent together with the products; if you are a taxpayer or have had your order invoice issued to your company, the invoice and delivery note for the product(s) you will return must be sent together with the products.

b) The return process must be initiated within two days following the delivery date.

c) Returned products must be sent back with the company used for delivery.

d) After the return reason is evaluated, if it complies with the conditions listed above, the problematic products will be replaced with new ones. In such a case, all costs of the return and resending stages are covered by us. If the return of the product is not found to comply with the conditions above, all costs during the return request process are covered by the customer.

(**) In case of problems caused by the delivery company; damaged packages should not be accepted and a report should be prepared for the delivery company. If the delivery company representative thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products were delivered without damage and to request that the situation be recorded in a report. However, once the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has fulfilled its duty properly. If the package is not accepted and a report is prepared, the situation should be reported to us as soon as possible with the copy of the report that you have. We will ensure that a new and healthy delivery takes place as soon as possible.

Consumer Rights

To shop, you must be a member of our site. There is no fee for membership to our site. Sales are not made to people who are not members of the site.

Our company accepts and undertakes in advance that it will act in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, as amended by Law No. 4822.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, you can contact your customer representative and complete the cancellation process. As a result of the cancellation process, the refund will be made within 3 (three) business days following the cancellation request.
